Special characteristics of 100% pure cider vinegar.

In all times

Cider vinegar is a very old remedy worth rediscovering and using in all occasions for its numerous beneficial effects on one’s health. The elders called it the elixir of youth. In the past, people produced and used their own cider vinegar to clean, to preserve food, to disinfect but also to drink daily in small quantities. Whether to improve health, to prolong life or to keep sickness at bay, our ancestors knew all of the therapeutic benefits of pure cider vinegar. Not all of this ancient knowledge was passed on from one generation to the next. When industrial pasteurized cider vinegar appeared on the market, people stopped producing their own vinegar, and stopped taking it regularly for health reasons. Fortunately, thanks to the ingenuity of one apple grower – Mr. Pierre Gingras – who also makes cider vinegar, we can now find on the market 100% pure authentic cider vinegar which is made according to ancient traditions, aged in oak barrels and is unpasteurized. To enjoy all of its benefits, it is very important to choose genuine pure cider vinegar.
