* It is a deposit that occurs in natural “apple” cider vinegars when the alcohol from the cider turns into vinegar, called the “Mother”. All the nutritious benefits of apple cider vinegar are contained in the Mother. A good spoonful of vinegar Mother taken directly from the top of the container can relieve aches, pains, and headaches.
* Apple cider vinegar is rich in: enzymes, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. It is also a good source of fiber such as: cellulose, pectin (which can lower cholesterol and reduce risk of cardio-vascular problems) and lignin (which can help with diabetes and reduce the risk of of colon problems).
* Some studies have suggested that apple cider vinegar could help with several conditions, including diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure, heart health, and obesity.
